Romans

The great sea journey that occupies the closing chapters of Acts, brings the Apostle Paul to the great Gentile city of the great Roman empire.  Little did Rome realize what Paul’s arrival would bring about in the years, decades, and centuries to come.  God used the “pax Romana” (peace of the Roman rule) and the extensive infrastructure of roads and laws to proclaim the great gospel of Jesus Christ.
